How does drop tracking work?
Our system automatically scans your accounts' inventories at regular intervals. When a new item appears, the system registers it as a drop, determines its current market value, and adds it to your statistics.
Is it safe to add my accounts?
Absolutely. We only use your public Steam ID to view your inventory. We do not ask for passwords, API keys, or any other confidential information. Your accounts remain completely secure.
How often is the information updated?
Inventories are checked several times a day. Item prices are updated at different frequencies: frequently dropped items are checked every few hours, while rare ones are checked once a day to ensure data accuracy.
What if I want to change my subscription plan?
You can change your subscription plan at any time. Contact our support, and we will help you switch to a new plan, taking into account the remaining balance from your current subscription.
